When Is the Release Date of Idli Kadai?
Two months back, the makers of Idli Kadai announced the film with the tentative titles D52 and DD4 which means, it would be Dhanush’s fourth directorial venture and 52nd film as an actor.
Later that year, the shooting commenced at the villages of villages of Theni district in Tamil Nadu. The first poster features Dhanush who is standing by a shack on an empty road. The pastel color used in the sky gives desi vibes. It seems Idli Kadai will give you a pure cinematic experience with great visuals and storytelling.
Dhanush recently unveiled the second poster from the film making the fans happy by sharing the release date. This poster also features Dhanush, who is entering a small shop named Sivanesan, with blue skies which is filled with beautiful pastel colors and birds in the background.
The actor-director shared the poster on social media and captioned it “idlikadai release announcement”. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on 10 April 2025, printed on the poster.
Who’s in the cast of Idli Kadai?
At this moment, the filmmaker hasn’t announced the complete star cast, but it is confirmed Nithya Menen will be seen playing the female lead opposite Dhanush. It will be the second collaboration between the actors after the successful Thiruchitrambalam.
Apart from them, Shalini Pandey, Arjun Reddy’s famous actress, will be part of Idli Kadai. It seems the actress will be playing the supporting roles. However, it is not confirmed yet what role she will be playing.
Parthiban and Sathyaraj are possibly playing important roles in the film. Although, it is not confirmed yet, if they are part of the film, we will update you very soon.
